Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the TOOX platform. The full legal text is available on request; below is a plain-language summary of the important points.
Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- You agree not to share a single seat across multiple users
- You commit to keeping your account information accurate
Acceptable use
- No unlawful activity, misrepresentation, or fraudulent bookkeeping
- No reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated abuse of the service
- No use of TOOX to process data you do not have a right to process
Subscriptions & billing
- Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually
- Refunds are pro-rated for annual plans at our discretion
- Late payments may result in temporary workspace read-only mode
Termination
- You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings
- We may terminate accounts in material breach of these terms with reasonable notice
Liability
TOOX is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for high reliability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Our liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
